Date and time

Description

How can health system strengthening practitioners better understand their impact?

In a complex environment where many factors may influence an outcome, what monitoring and evaluation approaches can help ascertain the specific role played by a health system strengthening intervention in producing change?

This webinar delves into some answers, presenting experiences and lessons from health system strengthening activities that have used two promising approaches: contribution analysis and outcome harvesting. This webinar also marks the launch of USAID’s Health Systems Strengthening Practice Spotlight series — a series of short, digestible briefs about various health systems strengthening approaches, designed to make the highlighted approaches more accessible and feasible for field implementation.

Opening remarks by Jesse Joseph, USAID Office of Health Systems.
