USAID Builds Momentum for COVID-19 Response in Timor-Leste, Announces Additional $600K in Funding

In August 2022, USAID's Health System Sustainability Activity in Timor-Leste announced an additional $600,000 to support the Ministry of Health, Government of Timor-Leste, in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. The funding builds on a $1 million USAID commitment made in September 2021 to support the Government in building a well-governed and self-reliant health system that is efficient, accountable, and responsive to people’s needs in both crisis and non-crisis contexts.
