Rede Ba Saúde Timor-Leste (REBAS-TL) One Year Anniversary Event

Rede Ba Saúde Timor-Leste (REBAS-TL), the country's first-ever health CSO network, celebrated its one-year anniversary on May 5, 2023, with a high-profile event attended by the President of Timor-Leste, U.S. officials, and more than 40 health CSOs from across the country. The event highlighted the network's achievements in strengthening collaboration among health CSOs, empowering them to better advocate for their communities, and engaging more effectively with the government and other health-sector stakeholders. 

By exchanging information on public health concerns and contributing to the development of the health ministry’s staff recruitment manual and strategic plan, REBAS-TL is transforming the health sector in Timor-Leste.
