The LHSS Project helps countries achieve sustainable,
self-financed health systems that offer quality health care for all.
The toolkit aims to address a gap in practical guidance for PSE in malaria programming. It contains step-by-step guidance, resources, and examples for developing PSE activities, with the overall goal of equipping country-level actors to stimulate greater private sector participation in malaria control and elimination and contribute to locally sustained results. The toolkit is available in English and French.
The Health Systems Podcast brings you conversations on what's working in health systems strengthening approaches in countries around the world.
Join LHSS along with speakers from USAID and WHO as we reflect on strategies to ensure reliable funding for costing the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of a National Quality Policy and Strategy (NQPS).
LHSS is exploring evidence, identifying promising practices, and testing approaches to learn what works, what doesn’t, and in what contexts. The knowledge we share will provide workable solutions for national governments — and advance the field of health systems strengthening globally.

Practice Spotlight Series
The Health Systems Strengthening Practice Spotlight briefs discuss specific health systems strengthening approaches and how they were successfully applied in USAID-supported or other HSS program settings.
