Promoting High-Quality Health Care

Each country’s journey to universal health coverage must incorporate quality of care approaches in addition to expanded access and financial protection to improve health outcomes and respond to population needs.

LHSS works with ministries of health, local governments and the private sector to prioritize quality of care in health policies and regulatory bodies, embed quality dimensions in health systems management processes, and optimize care structures for people-centered care.
