Analysis of Allocative Efficiencies on the Health Sector Budget in Namibia
Description

This analysis identified several inefficiencies related to how the financial budget and other financial resources are allocated and spent. Addressing the potential inefficiencies has the potential to unlock value for money within existing resources, and helps the country expand delivery of adequate essential health services in line with universal health coverage (UHC) goals. It also presented potential actions that can improve resource allocation within the MoHSS budget and address some of the challenges identified during the analysis.
