Experiences in Implementing Health Worker Productivity Reforms in Timor-Leste

USAID and the MOH collaborated to improve health workforce management in Timor-Leste, focusing on job descriptions and evaluations. Manuals were developed with stakeholder input for transparency. Engaging MOH champions ensured local ownership, and leadership facilitated coordination. Moving forward, in-person training and institutionalization are recommended for sustainable implementation, aiming to enhance healthcare services and employee development.
